Vidsta is Beef Australia’s Broadcast Partner for Beef2024 (Beef Week) delivering over 40 hours of rolling live coverage across 5 days of live television. We achieved an international audience of over 79,000 viewers with an average watch time of nearly 14 minutes.

We posted nearly 300 videos to Beef Australia’s YouTube channel throughout the five days, that has seen hundreds of thousands of views post-event.

Beef TV was a major success for both Beef Australia and Vidsta and we are very proud to be have played a role in delivering this project.

Beef TV and Andrea Crothers was nominated for a national journalism award in the rural sector in November 2024 at the Clarion Journalist Awards.

Dylan Webber pitched the concept to Beef Australia at the end of 2021, although it started a lot smaller the ideas and collaboration between Beef, Vidsta and co-host Andrea Crothers grew this project into a behemoth. With over 250 guests, we had to ensure the schedule for Beef TV was planned down to the second, with redundancies prepared for guests that were running late, potential internet issues, as well as guests that would talk too long or not enough. We created the sponsored ad breaks, pre-recorded segments and set design for Beef Australia. A crew of over 20 brought this to life.

Our reach exploded online post event with snippets from Beef TV being shared on all major TV stations including Cheap Seats, ABC Insider and National Nine News.
